Zadoosh is an Answer Engine Optimization platform. It queries AI assistants with prompts you choose, records whether and how your brand appears in the answers, tracks the sources those answers cite, and reports on it over time.
The service is provided by Mayank Agarwal (sole proprietorship), registered at 3rd Floor, Plot No. 128/P2, EPIP Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised.
You may invite team members to a workspace. You are responsible for their use of the service, and for removing access when someone leaves your organisation.
If you use Zadoosh on behalf of your own clients, you confirm you have the right to do so and that you remain responsible for those clients' data as it appears in the service.
We offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, access to paid features stops unless you subscribe. We do not charge you automatically when a trial ends.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through DodoPayments, which acts as merchant of record. Each plan carries usage limits, which are shown at the point of purchase and inside the product. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, and applicable tax is handled by the merchant of record.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires one or where we have clearly failed to deliver the service.
We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects their renewal.
You agree not to:
We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will normally tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first, unless the breach is serious enough that waiting would cause harm.
You own your data. Your brand information, your tracked prompts, and the results generated for your workspace remain yours. We claim no ownership.
You grant us the licence needed to run the service: to store, process and display your data to you and to the people you have given access, and to send it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy where that is necessary to deliver a feature you are using.
We do not train machine learning models on your data, and we do not expose one customer's data to another.
You can export your data from the product while your account is active. After closure we delete it on the schedule set out in the Privacy Policy, so export anything you want to keep before you close your account.
The service can connect to third-party accounts you own, such as Google Search Console. Connecting is optional and always initiated by you.
By connecting an account you confirm you are authorised to grant that access. We will use the connection only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy at the point of connection. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, and for Google accounts you can additionally revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
We are not responsible for those third-party services themselves, for their availability, or for changes they make to their own APIs and terms.
The service, including its software, interface, documentation, methodology and the Zadoosh name and marks, belongs to us. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription, and nothing more.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or payment to you.
We aim to keep the service available and correct, but we do not commit to an uptime level unless we have signed a separate agreement that says otherwise. We may perform maintenance, and we will try to schedule anything disruptive outside business hours.
An important limitation, stated plainly. The service reports on the output of third-party AI assistants that we do not own or control. Those systems are non-deterministic: they change their models, their answers and their citation behaviour without notice, and the same prompt can return different answers at different times. Our results are observations of what those systems returned at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of what any AI assistant will say about your brand, and they must not be treated as a promise of any commercial outcome.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, even if advised such loss was possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of someone else's rights through your use of the service.
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, that we are legally required to terminate, or that has not paid. We will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix the problem where it is practical and lawful to do so.
Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 14 survive termination.
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us on this subject.
